Was not given the entry code for the key box until late, had trouble cos it was dark. Once in, it was freezing cold. Had to wait for over an hour for someone to put the boiler on. Felt like someone had moved out for us to stay. Not holiday home vibe.

Lack of tv channels, no tv in bedroom. Mattress needs replacing as kept rolling off the edge.

Comfortable, clean, well equipped house near to town centre. Lots of walks, cycle paths from the door. Good sized garden for children and dogs. Good views from windows though these will disappear when leaves are on the trees in summer /autumn

Garden fence low and with gaps. Rear gate non locking so energetic dogs and curious children will need close supervision as river very near.
